DAY 01: CUSCO – OVER NIGHT BUS – PUERTO MALDONADO – COLLPAS TAMBOPATA INN LODGE
- [Arrival] – [Welcome to the Jungle]: You will be warmly welcomed at the bus station or airport and transferred to our Puerto Maldonado office for your tour briefing. To ensure a comfortable 2 day Puerto Maldonado Amazon tour, we suggest repacking and storing any unneeded luggage safely with us.
- [Midday] – [Off-Road & River Journey]: Embark on a thrilling 2-hour overland ride in a 4×4 truck, taking you deep into the forest to the banks of the Tambopata River. From here, enjoy a scenic half-hour boat ride upriver until we reach the welcoming Collpas Tambopata Inn.

- [Early Morning] – [The Macaw Spectacle]: Arrive at the breathtaking site for your Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick tour. Settle into comfortable chairs and watch as hundreds of vibrant parrots and colorful macaws gather on the river wall to feed on essential minerals.
