En altitudes superiores a los <strong>2,500 metros sobre el nivel del mar <\/strong>, muchas personas empiezan a sentir malestares como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-list\"><ul class=\"advgblist-281f5aba-5daa-4db0-8485-9bdf6302961f advgb-list advgb-list-info\">\n<li>Dolor de cabeza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mareos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1useas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falta de apetito<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatiga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dificultad para dormir<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas personas lo sufren m\u00e1s que otras, pero hay maneras efectivas de prevenirlo o disminuir sus efectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Llega con anticipaci\u00f3n a <a href=\"https:\/\/localtrekkersperu.com\/es\/category\/tours-en-cusco\/\">Cusco<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las mejores formas de prevenir el mal de altura es <strong>darle tiempo a tu cuerpo para aclimatarse <\/strong>. Toma mate de coca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>mate de coca <\/strong>es una pr\u00e1ctica ancestral en Per\u00fa. Las hojas de coca ayudan a aliviar los s\u00edntomas del mal de altura. Consulta con tu m\u00e9dico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tienes problemas card\u00edacos, respiratorios o ya has tenido experiencias graves con el mal de altura, consulta con tu m\u00e9dico antes del viaje. \u00c9l podr\u00eda recomendarte medicamentos preventivos como la <strong>Diamox (Acetazolamida) <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este medicamento ayuda a acelerar la aclimataci\u00f3n, pero debe usarse bajo supervisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Mantente hidratado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>deshidrataci\u00f3n <\/strong>empeora los s\u00edntomas del mal de altura. Durante los d\u00edas previos al Camino Inca y durante la caminata, aseg\u00farate de <strong>beber al menos 3 litros de agua al d\u00eda <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evita el exceso de caf\u00e9 o bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, ya que pueden contribuir a la deshidrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Haz ejercicio moderado antes del viaje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque el Camino Inca no requiere ser un atleta profesional, s\u00ed necesitas <strong>buena condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica <\/strong>. Haz ejercicios cardiovasculares como caminar, correr o subir escaleras durante al menos <strong>un mes antes del viaje <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, esto mejora tu capacidad pulmonar, lo cual es clave para combatir el mal de altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
